Written by Kevin C. Tofel Apple iPhone 3GS I bought a first generation 8GB iPhone in June of 2007, but I passed on the iPhone 3G a year later. There simply wasnt enough of a boost in the hardware for me to upgrade in 2008 and I paid full price for the first generation handset. This year, Apple gave me enough reason to upgr... Rumors of an 8GB iPhone 3GS were shot down this summer after Canadian carrier Rogers accidentally made the nonexistent handset available on their website. Now an iPhone user in Germany claims to have received this packaging label on his refurbished 8GB iPhone 3G. This may be evidence that Apple plans to ditch the 8GB 3G model for an 8GB capacity 3GS. The move would make sense as a new iPhone 4.0 m...

Return of the 8GB iPhone 3GS Rumors Could an 8GB iPhone 3GS replace the 8GB iPhone 3G Apple currently offers as its ahem bargain-basement smartphone? The $99 iPhone 3G was one of the big stories of 2009, set against otherwise anemic competition at that price point. An 8GB 3GS at $99 (or lower?) has been rumored before. Now Gizmodo says it could ...

AT&T looking to sell an 8GB iPhone 3GS? Boy Genius Report is claiming that two separate sources have told them that AT&T is looking to sell an 8GB iPhone 3GS for $99 US before Christmas. While this news wouldn't come as a shock, it would certainly take more than AT&T to make it happen. As most of you know, Apple doesn't make an 8GB iPhone 3GS and it would probably mean the discontinuation of the iPhone 3G in ge...

After being the partner of Apple in France, Orange will sell the iPhone later this year in UK. That's very good news for customers, who were quite disappointed about the upgrade from iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS for existing customers with O2. The competition on prices could finally start!!!

Apple iPhone 3GS Review The iPhone 3GS is exclusive to O2 in the UK and is an upgraded version of the iPhone 3G. It's being marketed as "The fastest, most powerful iPhone yet!". Hopefully it won't disappoint! I know there has been a lot of hype about Apple's iPhones, but even though I have seen them in action, I have never understood why they are so popular. I've never owned an iPhone or iPod so this ...
