As we already know the CDMA HTC Touch Pro2 went to Verizon and Telus. The HTC Touch Pro2 has been upgraded so that it has a 3.5mm headphone jack. This comes as no shock that the Sprint version has this feature as well. We all like to see proof and you can by taking a look

For the USA carrier releases, we're wondering which Touch Pro2 model is the best, either aesthetically or functionally. We do know that the two CDMA models on Sprint and Verizon Wireless will have the 3.5 mm headphone jack. It looks like the GSM models, like the unlocked version, may eschew said jack for HTC's proprietary sync/charge/audio out/video out port (via adapter). Which Touch Pr...

There are comments and discussions at several internet sites exploring the issue of GPS lag on the Touch Pro2--in unlocked form and from various carriers. I've personally tried two CDMA Touch Pro2s, from Sprint and from Verizon Wireless, and noticed that there was a bit of lag on both models when using third-party apps. There was, however, no lag when the CDMA Touch Pro2 was used with their r...

Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 shows up sporting a 3.5mm headphone jack We already knew the CDMA HTC Touch Pro2 headed to Telus and Verizon had been upgraded with a 3.5mm headphone jack, so it's not a huge surprise that the Sprint version has one too, but it's still nice to see proof. Still no word on a release date or pricing, but if these things are sneaking out there like this we can't imagine we have long to wait. [Thanks, Kenny] Sprint HTC Touch Pr...

In this video we demonstrate the software of the Sprint Touch Pro2. Some of the software is rather original to Sprint devices like the NASCAR and NFL applications. Other applications like the TouchFlo 3D is merely customized to match with the programs onboard and the color scheme of the full QWERTY keyboard. We also go through the setting to see how the GSM is activated in this CDMA/GSM hybrid dev...

When I did my initial Straight Talk speakerphone comparison on two CDMA Touch Pro2s, some readers wanted to know how GSM Straight Talk compares to the CDMA version. The result isn't bad for GSM callers, but CDMA networks provide a richer calling experience when using HTC's Straight Talk technology on their new speakerphones. Callers noticed that I sounded better with richer audio fidelit...

If you're dying for the Windows Mobile CDMA Touch Pro2 by HTC on Sprint's EVDO/CDMA wireless network, you're in luck. The handset is now listed on Sprint's website (you may have to enter in a US zip code to access the site) for $350 after rebate and signing a two-year service agreement. The CDMA Touch Pro is still being listed as available on the Sprint website for $50 less on ...

HTC Adding 3.5mm Headphone Jack to CDMA HTC Touch Pro2 HTC seems to be adding an extra 3.5mm headphone jack to the HTC Touch Pro2, which is discovered on the CDMA version for Telus Canada. It is placed beside the original ExtUSB port, giving a convenient access for earphones connection. Unfortunately the GSM version will not have this add on, music audio connection will have
