IP phone company Shoretel has announced further investment in the Middle East following its launch in the region earlier in the year. The company is showcasing its unified communications solution at the Gitex Technology Week in Dubai, from 18th to 22nd October, as part of its marketing drive. Tom Perry, Shoretel’s Director of Marketing, EMEA, said:
