The N900, like the N97, has a homescreen which you can customize with LIVE widgets , contacts, bookmarks and app shortcuts. However, unlike the N97, the N900: has 4 homescreens (effectively making 1 big panoramic homescreen) the widgets/shortcuts are not locked into any specific position (like previous tablets)- customizing is very easy delete, add, drag widgets

The Product Show Case live application switcher? Notice the video that’s still playing when in “dashboard” view. Maemo UI in action Erm. Wow. Fantastic advert. Are those gesture movements gonna be real or just some idealistic interaction to make the video look better (like what happened with the N97?) FireFox on N900 = win! Full Screen viewer for photos  = great! I

As well as a Nokia N900 advert, this could also be a Nokia N97/N97 mini advert based on how the Motorola Droid is supposed to be better than the iPhone. Real Keyboard Running Simultaneous apps (N900 multitasks like no other) Customizable 5MP camera Flash for night photos Removable battery Runs widgets on homescreen Allows open development Heck, this could have been about a lot

Ms Jen at Black Phoebe puts two of Nokia’s big flagship devices for 2009 head to head, pitting the N97 up against the N900. She says: While I do love the petite-r size, design of the phone, and the lovely flip hinge (thwack!) of the Nokia N97, the Maemo operating system of the Nokia N900

The Truth About Nokia, Symbian, Maemo, Nokia N900 and the Nokia N97 I have been busy lately, and haven't taken much time to address the community in my normal fashion, so there are plenty of things I've been dying to say.
