If you're running a VGA device and want to see more icons in the Start Menu (by default, you see either three of four, depending on model), you can do so thanks to a release over at XDA. This will only work for VGA devices, though if you're running a WVGA device like the Touch Pro2 or HD2, you can get four or five rows of icons with a small tweak.
