It has been announced that China's ZTE has been working with Qualcomm to create the networking platform for Aircell’s new Inflight Internet service, Gogo, which first began service in August on select American Airlines flights. Chinese telecom equipment provider ZTE plans to build a research and development team for LTE and 4G projects with more than 2,000 employees, reports Sohu.
