Palm has release the long awaited webOS v1.4 update early Saturday morning. The GSM Palm Pre that was spotted at FCC a while ago was actually meant for the Mexican market. The phone will be released on November 27th; after that we expect it to get unlocked, so that folks in the U.S. (AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers) could enjoy it too....
