Rentoble will allow you to rent the latest phone from the four major US carriers, or rent an unlocked GSM phone to use wherever you want. When you are done, just send the phone back and pick out a new device. They don't have every phone the carriers handle. For example, for T-Mobile they only have the G1 and Sidekick LX, and for AT&T a couple of Blackberry's and the Samsung Epix...

T-Mobile brings Sidekick iD back from the dead T-Mobile’s current Sidekick offerings have traditionally catered to the younger, hipper demographic looking for stylish, messaging-oriented handsets that don’t break the bank. To that end, the new Sidekick 2008 represents a marriage of functionality and style by combining many of the features of the flagship Sidekick LX with the swappable cover plates of the Sidekick

Soulja Boy gets a sort of special Xbox 360 themed Sidekick LX YOUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! Besides being a master lyricist with such classic lines as “Gurl B Double O-T-Y-M-E A T You Know It Dats Dat Bootymeat” and a space pirate, Soulja Boy also happens to be a cell phone aficionado and a super amazing gamer. Knowing this, Danger sent him an otherwise unreleased Xbox 360 themed Sidekick LX, which

Soulja Boy plays with Xbox 360 Special Edition Sidekick LX, pleads for attention on video Why lust after a Zunephone when you can have an Xbox 360 Sidekick LX? Based on an admittedly bizarre and entirely painful-to-watch video posted up in the read link, Soulja Boy is seen spazzing out over what appears to be a special edition Sidekick LX. The unit is branded (at least in the software) with Xbox 360 logos, and there's also a copy of Resident Evil: Genesis on there that he toys wit...

The wait is over, fellow Sidekickers. A new era of customizable and user-swappable Sidekick shells is finally upon us. Following on Sidekick 2008 live pics leaked to the web, T-Mobile has launched their highly anticipated T-Mobile Sidekick 2008 for HipTop fans across the US. And, just like their Sidekick LX Tony Hawk edition launch, T-Mobile has

T-Mobile is celebrating their Sidekick LX Tony Hawk Limited Edition hiptop with a completely revamped sidekick.com. Visitors to the overhauled website will be thrust in to "Tony's World," where the Sidekick fan can interact with different "neighborhoods" and explore the Sidekick LX's capabilities. And, for the curious among you, T-Mobile has apparently hidden some "easter eggs"

Feeling a little left out, non-T-Mobbers? Keep your chins up, because the Tony Hawk cut of the Sidekick LX is now available to each and every one of you after a limited release exclusively to current subscribers (not the first time they've engaged that tactic). Expect to shell out $299.99 on contract after rebates for the privilege of being just as cool as your favorite skateboarder -- just don't

The riff raff need not apply just yet (you know who you are), but current T-Mobile subscribers can now get in on Tony Hawk's totally tubular Sidekick LX, featuring the skateboarding mogul's branding and a healthy dose of "grip tape" texture around back. Pricing will vary depending on your upgrade situation, but most folks will hopefully have an opportunity to pay less than the $449.99 full retail

If the usually well-informed Boy Genius is on point with an allegedly leaked inventory document, everyone's favorite big-box retailer will be taking shipment of the Sidekick Gekko and Sidekick LX Tony Hawk limited edition handsets on July 27, with sales presumably kicking off same day or shortly thereafter. The Sidekick Gekko will be bringing back the

Well, we heard it was on the way, and it's here. Danger's Sidekick LX recording live action video. Unfortunately, the results are far from exhilarating; truthfully, they're downright embarrassing. The first preview we've seen shows a stamp-sized (read: 176 x 144 pixels) video with less-than-stellar quality, but hey, it's a Sidekick LX recording video. So, still eager to see this rolled out en mass
