Sprint Sales Reps Suing Over Unpaid Commissions C’mon Sprint, I know you guys aren’t doing that great these days, but not paying your employees? That’s just shooting yourself in the foot. With a shotgun. Loaded with kryptonite shells. Over 19,000 past and present employees of Sprint have launched a class action suit against the company for not paying between $100 - $500

I wrote up some first impressions and experiences of the TeleNav Shotgun internet-connected personal navigation device early last week and was just informed of a super Cyber Monday special they will have on 1 December. If you purchase the TeleNave Shotgun then you can get six months of free service by using the coupon code 'sgcybermonday' during checkout.

Last week TeleNav announced their new Shotgun personal navigation device (PND). The Shotgun takes the tried and true TeleNav navigation software (found on many carrier phones as AT&T Navigator, Sprint Navigation, etc.) and places it on a very nice piece of hardware. I was sent an evaluation unit to check out and wanted to offer a few first impressions, along with plenty of device pics and scr...

Kevin, James, and I were all together last weekend before recording MobileTechRoundup show #154 to celebrate the wedding of Kevin and Barbara. Congratulations again to the both of them. In this show we talked a bit about the device I bought on the drive up to the wedding and the device James used to get from the airport to the wedding. James and I also received the new Richard Solo 1800 battery so...

TeleNav presents Shotgun GPS System TeleNav used to be in the software market of GPS navigation systems, but it seems they want something more and decided to go for the hardware market. With that being said, Telenav Shotgun is their first navigation device. Like the majority of other GPS systems, it has a 4.3-inch touchscreen (480 x 272 pixels of resolution),

Sometimes the lid gets blown off news about devices and software earlier than planned and it seems that today the TeleNav website developers may have been a little trigger happy as they posted the details on the upcoming TeleNav Shotgun personal navigation device. There is one back in Seattle for me to evaluate, but I also had a chance to spend a few minutes with the one that James has with him an...

Happy Halloween! Here’s a nifty little application for the iPhone that pans the screen across a graveyard with matching ambient horror effects (thunder + screams!), and if you tap it, you’ll see blood spattered from shotgun fire. You can trace the blood across the screen too! Check it out at the App Store (Warning: Launches iTunes). HAPPY
