Via Bill, the Ovi Publisher guide was updated. A note that the OMA DRM Forward Lock that was supported before, now its not: WRT, Widgets are not supported. Java applications and *.NFL files for S40 devices are not supported. Here is a discussion on the OVI Publisher forum, which seems to explain that at least one device

Nokia: we will add dual-SIM and touchscreen support to S40 Symbians initial announcement to go open-source caused quite a few analysts to consider Nokias proprietary and largely useless S40 platform dead.
