Prism Technologies LLC has filed a complaint against Research in Motion for breaching an authentication systems patent. The complaint was officially filed on December 2nd, 2009 in a letter addressed to ITC Secretary Marilyn R. Abbott. It is still pending institution. This is the second time Prism Technologies LLC has filed a complaint against RIM.
