Motorola doesn't seem to like Windows Mobile devices of the touchscreen variety, but perhaps that's changing. According to PhoneScoop T-Mobile USA is eliminating the handset upgrade fee of $18.This fee is usually applied at the end of the contract period when users choose another subsidized phone and re-sign the contract for another period, usually two years.
