In the company’s quarterly earnings call, Motorola co-CEO Sanjay Jha confirmed that he is reducing the number of cell phone platforms that his company supports.  Symbian OS and the UIQ user interface, as seen on devices like the Motorola Z10, will no longer be used except for devices that the company has already committed to

That's why your next cellphone will have a slicker user interface, a cleaner menu and plenty of...

What does the Motorola Z10 Flexi-phone have to offer? The Motorola Z10, billed as a “pocket-sized mobile studio,” that sports an innovative design which bends when opened, simple hardware that breaks on purpose! The Z10 from Motorola is a 4 ounce platinum trimmed that sports a stylish bendy design, but in reality doesn’t actually offer the user a great deal else. One would have thought if

Motorola Z10 bends on purpose The Motorola Z10 is pretty cool. It breaks in half, after all. And though the design innovations are impressive, the phone itself doesn’t have much to speak of.     Intended to be a mobile studio for those on the go, the phone doesn’t exactly live up to expectations. Sure it has a built in camera for

We're still waiting for Motorola to get real with their Motorola Z10 slider in the US. So, in the meantime, Rafe from AllAboutSymbian has posted some live shots of the Motorola Z10 in action. Like the Motorola Z8, the Z10 features that trick kick-slider. But, with a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, onboard video editing software,

Yup, at long last the Motorola Z10 is in the house and here's the first fruits: a hands-on Gallery for this camera/camcorder-focussed UIQ 3 smartphone. I'll be shooting my video review for the Smartphones Show and then this is going to Ewan for an in-depth review: is the Z10 too late to make a splash in the smartphone market? The hardware's certainly of high quality, as you can see in the MOTO Z10

BigBen, a well-known utility for the previous generation of UIQ devices, is finally available for the latest UIQ3 phones, like the Sony Ericsson P1, the G900 and the Motorola Z10. It  can be used as an automatic screen locker, it's configurable and personalisable. It can also display visible and audible reminders for unattended events, like calls or SMS. More info and a screenshot after the break.
