It seems that announcing when you've hit 10 million on GetJar is "the thing" to do. Well ok, I would too. It's pretty impressive. The latest to announce this accomplishment is mobile IM and chat client mig33. A large part of this success can be attributed to Pay Per Download - a GetJar program that allows developers to bid for better placement on the GetJar site.
