Mach said today it is buying WorldCell’s Roaming Service Bureau for an undisclosed amount.

Roaming services provider, MACH has acquired the Roaming Service Bureau (RSB) business from WorldCell. MACH says that the acquisition enables it to offer seamless voice and data roaming services to clients ranging from CDMA and GSM/UMTS operators to providers of WiMAX services.

Roaming services provider, Mach has exclusively signed a Framework Agreement with South Africa based MTN Group to cover its operations in the Middle East and Africa. MTN is already a Mach client, however this is the first time a Group agreement has been made.

Roaming settlement provider, MACH has announced that Telefonica Spain is using its Data Express and Fraud Protection solutions to achieve Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE) compliancy.
