It's possibly the best game on N-Gage - ever. Or so we reckon, with Ewan Spence giving Metal Gear Solid Mobile a much-earned 90% score and a Megagame award on All About N-Gage. From the atmosphere to innovative gameplay and plenty of surprises along the way, MGS Mobile is solid stealth combat and fully worthy of its place in the Metal Gear Solid canon.

In this, the second part of Ewan Spence's chatty look at the Nokia N85, he carries on from part one's look at the hardware and styling of the device. Running S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2, the N85 sees tweaks to the interface and some of the built in applications to help the user experience. How successful have Nokia been?

In a no-holds-barred editorial, AAN's Ewan Spence explains why he's fed up with the delays in getting games onto the N-Gage platform. High quality N-Gage-exclusive titles like ONE and Reset Generation can take a while to develop of course, but what Ewan suggests is a two-tier system where N-Gage games are sold alongside the very best S60 and Java games.

Over on All About N-Gage, Ewan Spence has been getting frustrated with the relative lack of games for N-Gage, arguing that Nokia should open up the system to Java and other more generic titles, to increase the variety and depth.

Possibly the most long-awaited game on the new N-Gage platform, the 3D beat-em-up ONE (sequel to the original N-Gage game of the same name) has been reviewed on All About N-Gage by our very own Highlander Ewan Spence. He's pretty darn impressed by the gameplay and graphics, but is that enough to win it the Mega-Game? Click on the link to find out...

Although Ewan takes a positive viewpoint, I was occasionally scowling behind the camera.. I think Symbian need to
