Telecom New Zealand has reported that its revenues for the last quarter of 2009 (second fiscal quarter) fell by 6.5% to NZ$1.3 billion, while net income dropped by -23.8% to NZ$80 million. Fitch Ratings does not anticipate changes to Digicel's ratings due to the Jan. 12, 2010 earthquake in Haiti. Canadian telco, Telus has announced that it is targeting consolidated revenue of $9.8 to $10.1 billion, an increase over 2009 of two to five per cent, or approximately $200 to $500 million. EBITDA is expected to be in a range of $3.5 to $3.7 billion, an increase of one to six per cent over 2009.

Digicel Group, which has operations in the Caribbean and Central American has reported a 10% increase in its half year EBITDA to US$364 million on revenues of US$857 million.

Singapore's Starhub has reported 3rd-quarter revenue up by 2% to S$537 million from S$525 million year-on-year (YoY). The Group's EBITDA for the quarter rose 5% to S$172 million.
