I have to ask. Is there really a market for digital pens for BlackBerry? Do you use one yourself or know somebody who does? I tried one of these digital pens once and it reminded me of an old Apple Newton. After we mentioned PaperIQ at the end of last year I thought it would maybe

Here is some work that Microsoft Research's Ken Hinckley collaborated on with the University of Maryland . They explored the interaction between paper and digital pens, and demo a prototype solution called PapierCraft. Digital Pens just keep popping up these days. Some work with specially coated paper, and some work by storing what you write on any surface and then dump that into your computer. The ISV Pen/Pointer/Mouse adds a few more bells and whistles of its own in addition to a dongle and a special mouse pad.
