New 12Mpix mobile camera module from Sony Sony has announced today three Exmor (CMOS) camera modules for future mobile phones, including at 5, 8 and 12 Mpix ones. Besides high-res photos, all three will also be able to shoot Full HD video. NICE! It should be noted that the 12Mpix module won't be available until March 2009. Well, we can wait.
