Politigg is a political news and current affairs service with a difference - our users submit and vote for the most interesting stories to save you time. The currently most popular news items all appear on the front page, allowing you to easily find what other people are reading.

 

As a user, you can help to improve the system by voting for the news items that you found useful or interesting.

 

If you come across a news item that you think others would be interested in, then why not submit it? You can also submit videos.

 

All news items are also divided into topics (categories), allowing you to quickly find just the kind of news items you are looking for.

 

If you are looking for even more specific information, or older stories, then the tags allow you to find related news items. Every news item is tagged with meaningful keywords and just by clicking on one of these tags you can find every other story with the same tag.

 

The very latest news items are posted into the 'Upcoming News' area, and won't make it into the main 'Popular News' until a minimum number of users have voted for them. This keeps the non-stories and spam away from the main news area.

 

As well as reading and voting on the latest news items, you can also discuss them. Every item has a comments areas for you to voice your opinion and read what other people have to say too. You can use this area to provide additional information not included in the article as well.
